Fantasia - Album Cover.

What is this? In what direction is she taking her music? The album cover is so plain, and it doesn't even suit her. It seems to be artistic, but from a marketing point of view, it doesn't do it. I'm not suprised though, her last album cover was very boring as well. I really like 'Baby Makin Hips' though.

Gerald Levert

Gerald Levert (July 13, 1966 - November 10, 2006) was an R&B singer, one of several from the musical Levert family. His father, Eddie Levert, is the lead singer of the 1970s soul group The O'Jays. Gerald Levert sang with his brother, Sean Levert, and Marc Gordon in the R&B trio LeVert. He was also apart of R&B musical group, comprised of legendary R&B artist Keith Sweat, Johnny Gill and himself called LSG.

During the 1980s and early 1990s, LeVert scored big hits with "Pop, Pop, Pop, Pop (Goes My Mind)", "Casanova", and "ABC-123" (not to be confused with the Jackson Five hit of the same name). As a solo artist, Gerald's hits included "I'd Give Anything (to Fall in Love)", "You Got That Love", and "Mr. Too Damn Good to You". He will definitely be missed by friends, family and fans across the globe.

Gerald and Eddie collaborated together on many different occasions, and they recorded an album called Father and Son together.

Gerald Levert also sang the chorus on the Chris Rock spoken-word comedy piece, "[[No Sex (In the Champagne Room).

In 2005, Levert's daughter Carlysia was featured on an episode of MTV's My Super Sweet Sixteen.





Im sure the holiday season wont be the same with it approaching so close to his death our condolence here at RASPYVOCALISTS to his family..

Hey Everyone-

First off, thank you for supporting the album. Because of you all "The High Road" debuted at #3 last week on the sales chart. :)

I'm so glad to hear you all are so curious as to what my next single is going to be. After much thought, we have made a collaborative decision to release "How To Touch A Girl" to top 40 radio, and "Let It Rain" to urban radio. I feel strongly about both song, and I hope you do too. I co-wrote "How To Touch A Girl" so I feel really honored and blessed that it's being released. I'll be shooting the video to that song soon so be on the lookout for that in December.
